With the development of cities, stray dogs and cats have become one of the most serious problems in Kurdistan, and a widespread concern by the public. ACE in collaboration with Ministry of Culture Iraq in Erbil, has organized a discussion on stray animals of Erbil and what the society can do to improve the situation.
