Our aim in Human Resource Department is to provide high quality advice, counsel, and human resource support to the University and its staff members with a professional and accessible service across the full range of employment-related matters, and to establish the University of Kurdistan Hewler as an employer of choice in the Kurdistan region.

To support the University's ambitions, we are developing an HR Strategy that meets the future demands of our workforce and creates a positive working environment for all. To be successful, we need to ensure that we recruit and retain the very best talent in all fields, drawing on local, regional, national and international labour markets. We must ensure that our staff are adequately prepared for and able to manage future demands: respond quickly to change and to be able to deliver the University's aims and objectives.
